The Transformation:
Seeing is Believing
Nothing testifies to our expertise, workmanship, and dedication to functional and aesthetic perfection better than a side-by-side comparison of one of our more recent commercial-to-luxury conversion projects: the M/Y Western Isles.
No photo-trickery or image-manipulation techniques here: featured within our transformations gallery are selected shots from the actual interior and exterior photo documentation of the Western Isles project when she arrived at our conversion facility…and what we transformed her into after only ten short months.
The striking metamorphosis from a tired and battered commercial vessel to a sea-going luxury palace is as startling as it is beautiful.
But those are just words: seeing is believing.
Only after viewing the “before and after” comparisons showcased in our Transformations Gallery will you be able to fully appreciate the spectacular results HYS Yachts can achieve for your project.
from Mutual Enterprise to HARDHOME CONVERSION PROJECT

Galapagos to ark angel CONVERSION PROJECT
We can’t imagine any greater complement than a project that had been graciously referred to us by one of our previous clients.

Interestingly, this will be the third time HYS Yachts has done a complete make-over for this very vessel.
In 2000 we initially converted her from a Japanese maritime cadet training vessel – the Taishu Maru – into a luxurious go-anywhere aquatic recreational platform – the Tiara II. Click Here To Read More
Sakae Maru to M/Y CKLASS CONVERSION PROJECT
Before her retirement in early 2011, the Sakae Maru spent many years cruising the length and breadth of Japan as a government fisheries training vessel.
Knowing that this sturdy, immaculately maintained vessel would be perfectly suited for a long-range luxury explorer conversion, HYS purchased her shortly after being released from government service.
After all fit-out and functionality requirements were hammered out with her new owner, the conversion process began in April of 2013. Click Here To Read More
